The AI is generally hesitant to make attacks which will cost units. The AI makes decisions based on what it knows: your cards in play and the cards it has.To add to these great tips: The AI in Forge (and Gauntlet) is fairly predictable, which you can exploit to yoru advantage. If you find you're still struggling, head over to r/AIEternal, you might be able to find the help you need.Keep an eye out for Walk Softly, Argenport Shootout, Clan Warriors, Otherworldly Beings, and Apex Predators (at the later matches) these 5 decks are very difficult to beat in matches 5-7 if you don't have a critical mass of removal or equally powerful synergies. There are a few decks that are VERY synergistic, and thus VERY aggravating to play in Forge. You WILL end up unable to make 7 wins for time to time don't get too tilted.Personally, I've had great success with Praxis and Xenan, where you can use the big bodies of Time units supplemented by removal and weapons. You need to be able to keep the opponents board in check now. Here is a thread that might help in faction choices Forge was buffed when Fall of Argenport dropped, the AI packs a lot more removal/silence abilities now, and the bodies on flyers aren't super great when they're grounded. Pre-Fall of Argenport, forcing Hooru flyers was pretty much the strategy, however that has now changed. That being said, plan for enemy bombs the Might of the Praxis deck has a ] in it, for example. The AI decks are whittled down versions of their Gauntlet counterparts, so if you have a bit of knowledge how the Gauntlet deck plays, you'll know what to largely expect from the Forge deck (at least in terms of strategy). Removal, like in draft, is very strong in Forge.Cards like influence Strangers, ] and ] are all great for helping to smooth out your power. Try to include influence fixing/power fetching when you can.Pay close attention to your curve, doing nothing for 5 turns then playing your bombs is a great way to lose. Don't always grab the high-cost/powerful card of the 3.Cards that are strong picks in Draft are strong picks in Forge. Forge is very similar to Draft in terms of how strong particular cards are.As a long time Forge player, I might be able to provide a bit of insight.
